Know Before You Go
Welcome to the 2024 Texas Semiconductor Summit. Below is the event schedule and some important information.
Your Arrival
Location: Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center & Kyle Field Zone Club
Parking: Validated parking is available at the Gene Stallings Parking Garage (500 Gene Stallings Blvd.). Enter from Joe Routt Boulevard or Old Main Drive. A skywalk on the 3rd floor leads to the 2nd floor of the hotel for Summit check-in.
Check-In: Upon arrival, you will receive your name badge, parking validation, and directions to the Zone Club, where the Day 1 presentations will take place.

Plenary Sessions: Kyle Field Zone Club
Tours: After the plenary sessions, attendees will board buses for their selected tours.
Networking Reception: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the Century Ballroom at the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center.
Day 2: October 24, 2024
All Sessions:
Held in the Century Ballroom at the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center.
Attire:
Business casual.
